CORROSION OF CONFORMITY: Taking A Break
July 5, 2003CORROSION OF CONFORMITY guitarist Woody Weatherman has posted the following update to the band's official web site:
"As far as CORROSION goes here, lately we've been on somewhat of a break. [Guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan] was gone with the DOWN stuff for a while and the rest of us have been working on some new music on and off. Anyway we've written a few tunes and recorded some of it down at the pad [including a track called 'The Unholy']. Not sure when we'll get back in full swing with C.O.C. though. In the meantime [bassist] Mike [Dean] and myself along with [C.O.C.'s] Merrit [Partridge] on drums have worked up a bunch of stuff called LET 'LONES (more info here). Hopefully some of it will get released in a reasonable time frame."
CORROSION OF CONFORMITY's last studio album, "America's Volume Dealer", was released in 2000 through Sanctuary Records. It was followed a year later by a live CD and DVD, "Live Volume".
